Medior AI Engineer / Developer (Full-Stack)

Full-time (40 hours) or 32 hours | Eindhoven or Heerlen (hybrid) | 26 February 2026

We are looking for developers who are sharp, can code, understand architecture, have worked with real AI/ML technology (think building neural network-based solutions, not just hugging ChatGPT), and can handle full-stack challenges without handholding. People who are technically independent, fluent in Python 🐍, know React well enough to build proper UIs, and ideally understand how to connect models (text/image/video/audio) through APIs and pipelines into something usable (local or cloud). You’ll join a small, high-performing team at exactly the right time: core team growth, exciting client cases, short cycles, and lots of ownership. You’ll work side-by-side with our CTO (PhD in computer science, deep tech background) and deliver solutions that have visible impact. You’ll grow fast, as a developer and personally, while working with people who provide full ownership and help you level up.
