By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms govern website use only. Any paid services are governed by separate written terms (e.g., Proposal, SOW, MSA).

1. Definitions

"We/Us": Combler Consulting B.V.
"You": the visitor or user of the Site.
"Content": all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, downloads and other materials on the Site.
"Services": our consultancy, education and custom (AI and AI-related) software services described on the Site.
"Proposal / SOW / Agreement": a written document signed or accepted by both parties that governs delivery of Services.

2. Acceptance & scope

The Site is provided for general information about our Services. Using it does not create a client relationship. Any work for hire only starts after a mutually agreed Proposal / SOW / Agreement.

3. Use of the website

You may use the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

breach or probe Site security, interfere with servers, or attempt to gain unauthorised access;
copy, scrape, mirror, frame, or mine the Site except as allowed by applicable law;
upload or transmit malware, or use the Site to infringe rights or violate laws.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Site at any time.

4. No automatic commercial agreement

Submitting a form, calling, or emailing us does not form a contract. Pricing, scope, timelines, and deliverables are set only in a signed Proposal / SOW / Agreement.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all Site Content is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Site for personal/business evaluation. You may not reuse, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. “Combler.AI” and our logos are trademarks of Combler Consulting B.V.
(Note: Project-specific IP rights for any paid engagement are governed by the applicable Proposal / SOW / Agreement.)

6. External links & third-party services

The Site may link to third-party websites, APIs, or tools (including AI services). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Use them at your own risk and review their terms.

7. AI demos & informational content (disclaimer)

If the Site offers examples, demos, or AI-generated output, these are for illustration only. They may contain errors or bias and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You remain responsible for any decisions made based on such information.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, availability, accuracy). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your Site use. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to €100 in total for website-related claims.
