We develop technical AI and AI-related solutions to address real-world operational and IT-related business challenges, using both on-premise (non-cloud) and cloud-based architectures. These solutions incorporate state-of-the-art AI models implemented in languages such as Python, and often center on machine learning (ML) techniques powered by artificial neural networks (ANNs). Many also integrate non-AI methods — such as statistical analysis, clustering, data analytics, and interactive visualization — to enhance functionality and insight. We can also design and build solutions that rely exclusively on these non-AI technologies.

Cloud vs Local

AI models often demand significant computational resources, which local computers or servers may not be able to provide. Additionally, many large models, especially commercial ones, are not available for download or local deployment. As a result, a trade-off must be made between which parts of a solution can run locally (on-premise) and which require cloud-based infrastructure. Cloud deployments may involve either open-source models hosted by us or by the client, or closed-source models accessed via APIs and hosted by third-party providers, such as OpenAI’s API Platform. When handling sensitive data, this choice becomes even more critical. In the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) imposes strict rules on data privacy. Determining what data can be processed locally versus what can be sent to the cloud must be carefully evaluated for compliance and risk mitigation. For small- and medium-scale use cases, AI solutions can also run on proprietary high-performance hardware in an on-premise setup. We offer support for such configurations, including provisioning and maintenance. Suitable hardware includes NVIDIA’s DGX Spark and DGX Station systems, or comparable high-performance solutions from vendors like ASUS, Dell, Gigabyte, HP, Lenovo, and MSI that also feature the NVIDIA Blackwell GPU architecture.
