Combler.AI provides consultancy, education, and custom (AI and AI-related) software solutions. We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local laws.

Responding to enquiries and providing proposals.

Performing contracts: running QuickScans, consultancy, training, and building/deploying solutions.
Account & billing: invoicing, payment, and client administration.
Service improvement & security: monitoring website performance, troubleshooting, preventing abuse.
Marketing with consent: optional newsletters or event updates (you can unsubscribe at any time).
Compliance: meeting legal obligations (e.g., tax records).

When solutions involve third-party AI services or cloud infrastructure, we minimise personal data and process only what is necessary for the stated purpose, under contractual terms that protect your data.

4. Legal basis for processing

Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to provide quotes and deliver agreed services.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to operate, secure, and improve our website/services, and to communicate with existing clients about related services (you can object at any time).
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for optional newsletters/cookies or where required.
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — for tax and accounting records.

5. Cookies and tracking

Client/project files: contract term + up to 7 years (e.g., for legal/accounting).
Invoices/financial records: 7 years (statutory).
Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe or your consent is withdrawn.
Web logs/analytics: up to 26 months, unless we need them longer for security.

When retention ends, we delete or irreversibly anonymise the data.
